Welcome to the Lakeland Chapter of IAAP

The International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) is a not-for-profit professional association for office professionals with approximately 22,000 members and affiliates and over 500 chapters worldwide. Our mission is to enhance the success of career-minded administrative professionals by providing opportunities for growth through education, community building and leadership development.

The Lakeland Chapter chartered in June of 2007.  Our members come from diverse backgrounds and organizations throughout Polk County.

The Lakeland Chapter is part of the Florida Division and the Southeast District.  As a chapter, we actively participate in many activities sponsored by the Florida Division and by other Florida Chapters.

The Lakeland Chapter is becoming a thriving chapter offering benefits, support, and camaraderie to fellow administrative professionals at not only the local level but at the division, district and international levels as well.

The Florida Division of IAAP is comprised of 25 chapters and over 700 members located in Florida and the Bahamas.  Chapter membership is optional, but highly recommended for local networking and programs.
